Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • Grease a baking dish with butter or nonstick spray.
  • Chop broccoli into small florets and steam lightly for about 3-4 minutes until tender but still crunchy.

Mixing

  • In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs and milk.
  • Add salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and paprika; mix well.
  • Stir in steamed broccoli and shredded cheese until evenly coated.

Baking

  • Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish.
  • Bake for 30-35 minutes until golden brown and set in the center.

Notes

Best served warm. Can be paired with a light salad or crispy bacon. Can also be made in advance and reheated.
