Ingredients
  

For the Dough

  • 1 package refrigerated biscuit dough Soft and buttery, serves as the pizza base.

For the Gravy

  • 0.5 lb breakfast sausage (crumbled) Aromatic and flavorful.
  • 0.25 cup all-purpose flour For thickening the gravy.
  • 1.5 cups milk Rich and creamy.
  • to taste Salt and pepper Essential for seasoning.

For Topping

  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese Melty and indulgent.
  • 0.25 cup chopped green onions (optional) For added freshness.
  • 2 pieces eggs Baked on top of the pizza.

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • Open the package of refrigerated biscuit dough and press it into a pizza pan to form the crust.

Cooking

  • In a skillet heated to medium, add crumbled breakfast sausage and cook until browned.
  • Sprinkle flour over the cooked sausage and stir to combine.
  • Gradually pour in the milk, whisking to thicken the mixture.
  • Season gravy with salt and pepper to your taste.
  • Spread the sausage gravy evenly over the biscuit crust.
  • Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese over the gravy.
  • Crack the two eggs over the top.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes, until the eggs are set.

Serving

  • Remove from oven and garnish with green onions, if desired. Serve hot.

Notes

Ensure the skillet is hot enough to brown the sausage. Taste the gravy before serving to adjust seasoning. Don’t overcrowd the toppings for balanced flavor.
