Ingredients
  

For the Salad

  • 1 lb Sirloin steak Juicy and tender, perfect for grilling.
  • 1 c Cherry tomatoes Adds color and sweetness.
  • 1 Corn Corn on the cob Grilled for a smoky sweetness.
  • 2 heads Endive lettuce Provides a crisp texture.
  • 6 cups Mixed spring greens Fresh, crunchy base.
  • 1/2 medium Red onion Thinly sliced for sharpness.
  • 4 oz Gorgonzola cheese Creamy, tangy cheese to drizzle on top.
  • 2 tbsp Basil leaves For garnish, adds flavor.
  • 2 tbsp Parsley Adds color and subtle flavor.

For the Vinaigrette

  • 5 tbsp Balsamic vinegar The main component of the dressing.
  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard Adds a spiced flavor.
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce For added complexity.
  • 1 clove Garlic Provides pungency.
  • 1/4 tsp Garlic powder Enhances the garlic flavor.
  • 1 tbsp Lemon zest Adds bright acidity.
  • 13/16 cup Olive oil, extra virgin Base of the vinaigrette.
  • 1/2 tsp Salt, coarse To taste.
  • 1/4 tsp Black pepper, ground To taste.

Instructions
 

Grilling

  • Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
  • Season the sirloin steak with salt and black pepper. Grill for about 4-5 minutes on each side for medium-rare.
  • While grilling, cook the corn on the grill until tender and marked, about 10 minutes. Allow to cool and cut the kernels from the cob.

Preparing the Vinaigrette

  • In a medium bowl, whisk together balsamic vinegar, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, lemon zest, and olive oil. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Assembling the Salad

  • In a large bowl, toss mixed greens, cherry tomatoes, red onion, and corn. Pour vinaigrette over salad and mix well.
  • Top the salad with sliced steak, crumbled gorgonzola, and a sprinkle of basil and parsley.
  • Serve immediately with additional lemon zest if desired.

Notes

Consider marinating the steak in the vinaigrette for a few hours for deeper flavor. For crunch, add nuts or fresh fruits. Store salad components separately in the refrigerator for freshness.
