Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • Lightly grease a 9x13 inch baking dish with nonstick spray or olive oil.
  • Place the salmon fillets skin-side down in the baking dish. Drizzle generously with olive oil, allowing it to coat the fillets beautifully.
  • Sprinkle with salt and pepper to enhance the natural flavors.
  • Squeeze fresh lemon juice over the top.
  • Scatter the minced garlic and chopped dill or parsley over the salmon.

Cooking

  • Bake for 12-15 minutes until the salmon flakes easily with a fork.
