For the Salmon and Garnish

  • 4 pieces salmon fillets Fresh, tender and vibrant pink.

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • In a medium bowl, combine honey, lime juice, melted butter, minced garlic, dried thyme, salt, and pepper. Whisk until blended.
  • Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Arrange the salmon fillets on the sheet and drizzle the honey lime garlic butter mixture over them.

Cooking

  • Bake the salmon for 12-15 minutes, until the fish flakes easily with a fork.
  • Remove from oven and garnish with fresh lime wedges and parsley.
