Preparation

  • Begin by placing spinach, basil, garlic, lemon juice, coconut milk, nutritional yeast, salt, and black pepper into a blender. Blend until you achieve a perfectly smooth and vibrant green mixture.

Cooking

  • Pour the blended mixture into a pan over medium heat. Gently simmer the sauce for about 2-3 minutes.
  • Bring a pot of salted water to a boil and cook your favorite pasta until al dente. Once cooked, drain the pasta.
  • Toss the drained pasta into the pan with the spinach sauce, mixing thoroughly to coat every piece generously. Serve immediately.

Notes
