A refreshing drink combining strawberries and bananas, perfect for breakfast or a snack.
Ingredients

- 2 cups strawberries, hulled and sliced
- 2 medium bananas, sliced and frozen
- 1 cup Greek yogurt
- 1 cup milk (dairy or non-dairy)
- 1–2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup (optional)
- ½ cup ice cubes (optional, if using fresh fruit)
- ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
- Add milk and yogurt to the blender first.
- Then add bananas, strawberries, vanilla, and sweetener.
- If using fresh fruit, add ice cubes.
- Blend on high until smooth, scraping down the sides if necessary.
- Blend for 1-2 minutes until creamy.
- Taste and adjust sweetness if desired.
- Pour into glasses and garnish with fresh fruit if desired.
- Enjoy immediately.
Notes
Best served fresh. Store leftovers in a sealed container in the refrigerator for a few hours but expect separation over time.
