Description

A refreshing drink combining strawberries and bananas, perfect for breakfast or a snack.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups strawberries, hulled and sliced
  • 2 medium bananas, sliced and frozen
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1 cup milk (dairy or non-dairy)
  • 12 tablespoons honey or maple syrup (optional)
  • ½ cup ice cubes (optional, if using fresh fruit)
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Add milk and yogurt to the blender first.
  2. Then add bananas, strawberries, vanilla, and sweetener.
  3. If using fresh fruit, add ice cubes.
  4. Blend on high until smooth, scraping down the sides if necessary.
  5. Blend for 1-2 minutes until creamy.
  6. Taste and adjust sweetness if desired.
  7. Pour into glasses and garnish with fresh fruit if desired.
  8. Enjoy immediately.

Notes

Best served fresh. Store leftovers in a sealed container in the refrigerator for a few hours but expect separation over time.
