Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. On a floured surface, roll the pizza dough into a rectangle about ½ inch thick.
  3. Evenly spread mozzarella over the dough, leaving a small border around the edges.
  4. Sprinkle parmesan cheese on top.
  5. Add garlic powder and Italian seasoning, then drizzle olive oil around the edges.
  6. Cut the dough into strips approximately one inch wide and place them on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  7. Bake for 12-15 minutes until golden brown and bubbly.
  8. Allow cooling slightly before serving with marinara sauce.
