Description

Easy and delicious No-Bake Chocolate Quinoa Crunch Clusters that combine rich chocolate and a satisfying crunch.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups Puffed Quinoa
  • 1 ½ cups Dark Chocolate Chips
  • 1 tablespoon Coconut Oil
  • 1 tablespoon Maple Syrup (optional)
  • ¼ teaspoon Sea Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract

Instructions

  1. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Melt chocolate chips with coconut oil in a microwave-safe bowl or double boiler until smooth. Stir in maple syrup, vanilla extract, and sea salt.
  3. Pour the melted chocolate mixture over puffed quinoa in a large mixing bowl and fold until evenly coated.
  4. Scoop tablespoon-sized mounds onto the prepared baking sheet, spacing them slightly apart.
  5. Refrigerate for about 30 minutes or until the clusters are firm and set.
