- 1 ½ cups Dark Chocolate Chips
- 1 tablespoon Coconut Oil
- 1 tablespoon Maple Syrup (optional)

Instructions
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Melt chocolate chips with coconut oil in a microwave-safe bowl or double boiler until smooth. Stir in maple syrup, vanilla extract, and sea salt.
- Pour the melted chocolate mixture over puffed quinoa in a large mixing bowl and fold until evenly coated.
- Scoop tablespoon-sized mounds onto the prepared baking sheet, spacing them slightly apart.
- Refrigerate for about 30 minutes or until the clusters are firm and set.
- Transfer to an airtight container and enjoy straight from the fridge or at room temperature.
