- 3 ripe bananas (about 1 cup mashed)
- 1 ½ cups all-purpose flour
- ¾ cup granulated sugar
- ¼ cup brown sugar
- ½ cup unsalted butter (melted)
- 2 large eggs
- 1 tsp baking soda

- 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C), and grease a standard loaf pan or line it with parchment paper.
- Mash the ripe bananas in a large bowl until smooth but slightly chunky.
- Add melted butter, granulated sugar, brown sugar, eggs, and mix until combined.
- In another bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, and salt. Fold this dry mixture into the wet ingredients until just combined.
- Gently fold in chocolate chips.
- Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and smooth the top.
- Bake for about 60-65 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let cool in the pan for 10 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
