Description

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter (room temperature)
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/3 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1 cup mini chocolate eggs

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Line two baking sheets with parchment paper.
  3. In a large bowl, cream together the butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until light and fluffy.
  4. Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
  5. In another bowl, whisk together the flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt.
  6. <liGradually mix the dry ingredients into the wet mixture until just combined.

  7. Gently fold in the mini chocolate eggs.
  8. Scoop spoonfuls of dough onto the prepared baking sheets.
