Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Line two baking sheets with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, cream together the butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until light and fluffy.
- Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
- In another bowl, whisk together the flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt.
- Gently fold in the mini chocolate eggs.
- Scoop spoonfuls of dough onto the prepared baking sheets.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes until the edges are set and centers remain soft.
- Let cool slightly on wire racks before serving.
