Description

Ingredients

  • 4 cloves fresh garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp honey

  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • 2 tbsp freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 1 tsp dried thyme

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and lightly spray a baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.
  2. Place the chicken breasts in the prepared dish and drizzle them with olive oil. Season generously with salt and pepper.
  3. In a bowl, mix the minced garlic, honey, lemon juice, and dried thyme until combined.
  4. Pour the mixture over the chicken breasts, ensuring even coverage.
  5. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
