  • ½ tsp black pepper (adjust to taste)
  • 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • ½ cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Prep the Ingredients: Begin by chopping the onion and mincing fragrant garlic.
  2. Boil the Water: Fill a large pot with water, salt it, and bring it to a rolling boil.
  3. Cook the Pasta: Add your chosen pasta to the boiling water and simmer until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  4. Sauté Onions and Garlic: In a large skillet over medium heat, drizzle in olive oil. Sauté the chopped onions and minced garlic until soft.
  5. Brown the Beef: Add ground beef, breaking it apart, and brown until cooked through.
