Description

These Garlic Butter Beef Cheeseburger Rollups feature flaky puff pastry filled with juicy beef, garlic, and melted cheddar cheese, all brushed with rich garlic butter.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb lean ground beef
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 sheet puff pastry (thawed)
  • 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • 4 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp Italian herbs

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef until no longer pink. Drain excess fat and stir in the minced garlic, salt, pepper, and Italian herbs.
  3. Roll out the thawed puff pastry on a floured surface and cut into rectangles.
  4. Spoon the beef mixture onto each pastry piece and top with shredded cheddar.
  5. Fold over and seal the edges tightly.
  6. Melt butter and mix in remaining minced garlic. Brush this mixture over each rollup.
  7. Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown and puffed up.

Notes

For lighter options, you can substitute ground turkey or chicken and use dairy-free cheese.
