Description

Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (about 1.5 lbs)
  • 4 cloves fresh garlic, minced
  • 2 cups low-sodium chicken broth
  • 1 can (10.5 oz) condensed cream of chicken soup
  • 2 tbsp low-sodium soy sauce
  • 1 tsp poultry seasoning
  • ½ cup heavy cream
  • Salt and black pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Season the chicken breasts with salt and black pepper.
  2. Heat a skillet over medium heat and sauté minced garlic until fragrant, then transfer to the crockpot.
  3. Pour in chicken broth, cream of chicken soup, and soy sauce, then add poultry seasoning and stir well.
  4. Place the seasoned chicken in the crockpot, ensuring it’s submerged in the mixture.
  5. Cover and cook on low for 6 hours or high for 3 hours.
  6. About 30 minutes before serving, stir in the heavy cream and let it simmer.

Notes

Serve with mashed potatoes or steamed vegetables for a complete meal. Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container for 3-4 days or frozen for up to 3 months.
