- 1 tsp poultry seasoning
- ½ cup heavy cream

Instructions
- Season the chicken breasts with salt and black pepper.
- Heat a skillet over medium heat and sauté minced garlic until fragrant, then transfer to the crockpot.
- Pour in chicken broth, cream of chicken soup, and soy sauce, then add poultry seasoning and stir well.
- Place the seasoned chicken in the crockpot, ensuring it’s submerged in the mixture.
- Cover and cook on low for 6 hours or high for 3 hours.
- About 30 minutes before serving, stir in the heavy cream and let it simmer.
