Description

Crispy Garlic Butter Potatoes are the perfect comfort food, combining crunchy textures with rich flavors of garlic and butter.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb baby potatoes
  • 4 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 4 cloves fresh garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tsp fresh rosemary or thyme, chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Wash and dry the baby potatoes, then cut them in halves or quarters.
  3. In a small saucepan, melt the unsalted butter over low heat, then add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  4. Toss the potatoes with olive oil, salt, pepper, and fresh herbs in a large bowl.
  5. Pour the garlic butter over the potatoes and mix well.
  6. Spread the potatoes on a baking sheet and roast for 30-35 minutes, flipping halfway through.
