- 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp Sriracha sauce (adjust for spice preference)
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise (for dipping sauce)
- Additional Sriracha sauce (for dipping)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Cut the salmon into bite-sized pieces (about 2 inches).
- In a bowl, mix mayonnaise, Sriracha, honey, and lemon juice until well combined.
- Dip each salmon piece into the mixture, then roll in panko breadcrumbs until fully coated.
- Place on a parchment-lined baking sheet and bake for 12-15 minutes until golden brown.
- Serve hot with additional dipping sauce.
