Description

A quick and satisfying dish featuring smoky kielbasa, fresh broccoli, and a rich, creamy sauce, perfect for weeknight dinners.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 12 oz kielbasa sausage, sliced into half-moons
  • 4 cups fresh broccoli florets
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 medium onion, diced
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Chop broccoli into bite-sized florets. Dice the onion and mince the garlic.
  2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add kielbasa and cook until browned, about 5-7 minutes.
  3. Stir in the diced onions and sauté until translucent, about 3-4 minutes. Add minced garlic and cook for 1 additional minute.
  4. Add broccoli florets to the skillet, mixing well with kielbasa and aromatics. Cover and cook for 5 minutes.
  5. Pour in the heavy cream and simmer for 3-4 minutes until creamy. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  6. Serve warm on plates or directly from the skillet.

Notes

This dish can easily be made ahead of time and reheated. For a healthier alternative, use turkey kielbasa or replace heavy cream with coconut cream.
