- 1 box brownie mix (plus ingredients as per package)
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare a muffin tin with nonstick spray or liners.
- Prepare the brownie batter according to the package instructions and set aside.
- In a separate bowl, cream together the softened butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar.
- Mix in the vanilla extract.
- Gradually add the flour and fold in the chocolate chips.
- Fill each muffin cup halfway with brownie batter, add a scoop of cookie dough, and cover with more brownie batter.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Allow to cool before serving.
