Ingredients

  • 1 box brownie mix (plus ingredients as per package)
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare a muffin tin with nonstick spray or liners.
  2. Prepare the brownie batter according to the package instructions and set aside.
  3. In a separate bowl, cream together the softened butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar.
  4. Mix in the vanilla extract.
  5. Gradually add the flour and fold in the chocolate chips.
  6. Fill each muffin cup halfway with brownie batter, add a scoop of cookie dough, and cover with more brownie batter.
  7. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
