- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (about 1 lb)
- 3 cups fresh broccoli florets
- 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup
- 1 cup sour cream
- 2 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
- 2 tbsp butter, melted
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Chop chicken into bite-sized pieces and steam broccoli until bright green but still crisp.
- In a large bowl, combine cooked chicken, steamed broccoli, cream of chicken soup, sour cream, garlic powder, onion powder, half of the shredded cheddar cheese, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
- Transfer the mixture into a greased baking dish.
- Top with remaining cheddar cheese and sprinkle panko breadcrumbs over the top. Drizzle with melted butter.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes or until bubbly and golden brown.
Notes
Make sure to properly grease your baking dish to avoid sticking. You can add other vegetables to enhance nutrition.
