Description

Ingredients

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter (softened)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line two baking sheets with parchment paper.
  2. In a bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, cinnamon, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, cream softened butter with brown and granulated sugars until fluffy. Add the pumpkin puree, eggs, and vanilla, mixing until well combined.
