Instructions
- Preheat your waffle maker according to the manufacturer’s instructions until it’s hot and ready.

- In another bowl, combine the whole milk, eggs, melted butter, and diced jalapeños.
- Pour the wet ingredients into the dry mixture and gently fold in the shredded sharp cheddar cheese.
- Ladle the batter onto the preheated waffle maker and cook until golden brown.
- Serve warm with butter or syrup, or alongside a hearty bowl of chili.
