- 1 cup long-grain rice
- 2 cups low-sodium chicken broth

- Fresh parsley (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Spray a large baking dish with nonstick spray.
- Season chicken breasts with salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and paprika.
- Spread the rice evenly across the bottom of the baking dish.
- Pour chicken broth over the rice until fully submerged.
- Drizzle olive oil over everything.
- Cover tightly with aluminum foil and bake for 45-50 minutes.
- Uncover during the last 10 minutes to brown the chicken slightly.
- Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
